Is DFS gonna be assigned to lock down Luka?

DJJ getting burned three straight defensive possessions falling asleep against Mikal.

Need to end that experiment.

I like Exum and am a big fan of lineups with multiple ballhandlers but he isn't a PF.

Dunno if Powell is completely out of the rotation or held out due to injury.

Luka back to foul baiting and not running back on defense. Harper notices.

Dwight Powell sighting. Forces Cam Thomas into a tough jumper.

Refs letting Nets get away with a lot of banging.

Best defensive stretch of the season with Powell on the floor.

DP contested 2 shots, after that, decided not to do anything else. LOL.
Doesn't rebound, doesn't intimidate.

Things went downhill when Kyrie returned. That is going to be a big problem if the coaching staff cannot find a way to hide him without giving up mismatches all over the floor.

Too early for this. But for the most part it is the same stuff that we saw last season. Luka is doing his thing and the rest of the guys are along for the ride.

I’m reformed for the first 10 games or the first Midd end of game fumble so you’re going to have to hold it down for me for 2 more quarters.

Kyrie getting mugged every drive to the hoop. Refs giving Brooklyn fans a bit of revenge porn it seems. Funny that they started out getting him switched onto Simmons and Simmons couldn’t get a bucket on him. That was some terrible early O. Then Bridges hit his threes. Then Dinwidde. Don’t think they hold up. Mavs will get some calls second half.

Kyrie looks a step slower. His underperformance is basically the tipping point between us winning or down two so far.

He can get going in fourth quarters. Hopefully see that tonight.

More Lively in the second half, he hasn’t picked up a single foul so far. Should be another 30 minutes night for him Imo. Very positive impact again.

Green looks like a guy who is being jerked around too much by the coach. Played in some funky lineups already, little consistency and it shows.

Luka looks great, THJr too.

Powell and Kleber with rough starts. Might be better to play them alongside each other and in bigger lineups.
