Basically, one of Slovenian players, a 30 year old very average 3-D wing, even by European standards, is claiming that Dallas offered him a 2-way contract and that naturally Luka was behind it. The guy says he declined the offer. Also, our FO should be above this type of thing. Every contract should be taken seriously. That’s the best way to keep Luka happy. There is no limit to how much coaching staff there can be or their payroll. The equipment manager can be anyone. Player contracts? Sorry Luka, we want to build the best team possible for you AND us to win a championship, and that ain’t it!
If true, I find it problematic. I perfectly understand Luka doesn't want to be a GM, but that should include doing favors to his friends whose only real qualification is that they are his friends. This goes both for Marko Milic as well as in this case of Edo Muric. Friends and business should be separated. Might be difficult, but it really is that simple. Everything else just leads to problems.

I will say, the Antetokunmpo brothers got this treatment too.
