I believe Ayton is as good as gone as Phoenix now finds itself in the same position as Dallas having to re-tool around its two stars. Poole has had a trying season to start ever since the Draymond punch. I believe it set the tone for his whole season. I agree with the punch affecting him that negatively. Might’ve taken the competitive edge out of him and this is what players look like without that. Probably what Ben Simmons lost as well.

Early playoff exits were enough for Milwaukee and Phoenix to dump their coaches, but Jason Kidd and his missing the playoffs entirely is just too good to let go of.

and his is the one situation where coaching 100% dictated how the season ended
he was absolutely horrible. any competent coaching gets at least 5 to 10 wins extra out of this roster

Pretty shocking, really.
What more could you ask of the guy? And stellar character and integrity.
He won't be unemployed for long.

I am not really surprised by Phoenix firing Williams. Not much else they could do, really. I wonder what this means for Ayton, since he seemed to have problem with the coach. Can a new guy get more from him?

Both are decent regular-season performers who got way overpaid, and now represent significant roadblocks to their teams' roster building?
Ayton can play defense and rebound. Poole can’t. Ayton has more ways to help a team.

Ja Morant on IG again this morning with a gun.
This offseason is popping already and it's not even here yet.

It would scare me to death if I was a PHX fan knowing that Isaiah Thomas is in the new owners circle. Question if Monty wants to take the year off and do TV or jump right back into it with Milwaukee. That may be the only job I would be interested in. Not sure I want to go to the non contender. Doing TV may be a break to recharge. We will see.
As far as Ja, not a good look. I am not a gun guy. The US has a gun problem. It is a much bigger national discussion. I have friends who open carry and it is legal where they live. Again, not a good look with his recent past, but it is a much bigger discussion imo. Will try not to wade into that bigger discussion here.

You kind of predicted this a few months ago. He might find it more profitable to hire a bodyguard.

Ja Wick at it again.
Sons absolutely humiliated for the second year in a row.
The fake MVP and Jim Harden put on a fraud masterclass.

Who will Rivers and Embiid throw under the bus? Butler is gone. Simmons is gone. I guess Harden is the next one to fall.
