I have to admit I didn't read the article, so correct me if I am wrong. Turner is pretty much in power where he can be traded. If that team (Lakers?) has cap space next season, they can just wait for half a season to get him for free, they don't need to spend a fortune for him. For everyone else, Turner is a half year rental. Perhaps some contender will pay a FRP for that half a year because he could be the missing piece of their puzzle. Other than that there won't be much market for him. Things could improve for Indy if Turner has a shortlist of a couple of teams and they are willing to have a bidding war for his services and bird rights.
