I have talked about picks #14-16 all potentially being available because CLE, ATL, and CHA don't really need more rookies and want to capitalize on the current parity in the NBA to try and compete. But what is the current value of those picks in the NBA when teams would prefer established players?
If Mark Williams falls past 13 then we should try for it. I just don't know what assets we have to realistically get there. I know LOM through out the scenario of taking on Hayward so CHA can avoid the tax. I think it was THJ, Powell, #26 for Hayward and #15. Seems highly unlikely Cha would do that.
