So much Warriors offense starting with someone blowing by Luka. He’s got work to do.  Going to find out a lot about him this offseason. 

Scary to think how much room he has for improvement in his all around game.  Off ball Luka being a thing is a nightmare for the league.  Serious about his body Luka is a nightmare for the league.  Defensively improved Luka is a nightmare for the league. 

The Warriors may deserve thank you notes from Mavs fans a decade from now.

I mean, we've been playing guys ludicrous minutes so I'm not going to blame them too much. This is a front office failure, and they need to be shamed for failing to put sufficient talent around Luka.

Luka has to get in better shape and do better but he goes for 40 against Wiggins or Paul George or Kawhi, no one is blaming them. On this team Luka is supposed to be the PG, the scorer, the rebounder and now the blame is that even the teams defense is due to him?  

I have been saying now for 3 years how Maxi and Powell offer zero resistance to any team really willing to drive the ball hard at them.  They just back pedal and give anything to the other team.  We have done well with this roster and we know the style we want to play around Luka. The key is to get better players. This series might well be 2-1 in our favor if only we had another deadeye offensive player like Bane or a defensive presence like Bam. 

Let’s not overreact and co-sign off on the national narrative.  Get better players around Luka and let’s see.

GS is +45 in rebounds this series, and they had 15 offensive boards tonight. Rebounding has to be addressed. Mavs are the bigger team, and get killed on the boards.

Part of this is Golden State has good scouting/coaching and recognizes our transition game is completely non-existent. They crash the boards with no fear of the Mavs transition game. Need to get some better athletic finishers in transition.

This front office just took over.  The real tragedy was putting up far too long with Donnie and whatever circus was going on. Cuban has all the answers on shark tank but his indecisiveness and unwillingness to make tough decisions earlier is why this roster is what it is today.  The new regime seems to have a plan. Let’s give them some time. Hopefully Luka doesn’t get tired waiting and being the easy scapegoat.
