How did this team lose consecutive games against Orlando and OKC?

Lack of motivation, imho. They don't have the quality to just cruise through games like that, they have to be 100 %. Difficult to be 100 % motivated throughout 82 games season

OKC is on Luka.  That rookie defense with 8 seconds left and nonstop bitching at the refs all game long.

They were all the time focused on fouling Luka, instead of playing. Luka impacts the game even when in foul trouble. Smart of Kidd to switch
to zone, to minimize chances of Luka defending one on one under basket.

Trae got "hit" at the foul line and ended up at half court. I still can't believe the refs awarded that play.

This is what Trae is doing when he cant play well and Luka was completely outshining him with the level of play. I really dont respect how you can flop like this. He should just focus on basketball instead of this.

Green made some really good defensive plays (and scored 9 points).  Powell basically went one on three against the Atlanta bigs…and survived.

Yes, I should have mentioned Green.   He had a three pointer and a strong drive that resulted in two free throws at points when we really needed points.   Plus, he did other Green type things on the court.   

I just felt without Burke on the floor the rest would have fallen apart as we had no where else to go to create offense.  

I think Kidd is right in his thinking that we need one more ball creator at least.   Burke has been solid when he gets the chance, but I think you can upgrade this spot.   I think you are putting a lot on Luka and Jalen to handle all of this in a long playoff series.    I could see both wearing down.
