But I need to give the game ball to Maxi Green.   Almost 40 points from him and 7 threes

I was going to give it to Josh Green for yet again another incredible game, but Luka's 2nd half was impeccable. Low turnovers. Ran the offense perfectly. Scored at will. Even played some great D. 

Got to give the Don some props.

I genuinely scoffed when Dan edited my post last dirkie thread calling Josh Green an NBA starter. After 2 games where he could do no wrong I might be joining the band wagon.

Can't complain about Fat Luka who's getting it done despite him being overwe... (nevermind).. But he is playing not-so-fat anymore. Props to him. But in my mind, 22/14/14 is more or less the "standard" Luka I expect every night (yes, I am that spoiled of my superstar).

Maxi is one of my favorite Mavs of all time, really great job today, definitely worthy of a Dirkie.

But my vote goes to..

Josh "not-timid-anymore-and-thanks-to-Bane-insults" Green.

One of my issues this year is this team lacked much spurtability (not a word ).   They typically always fight and play hard but just had trouble putting some teams away.  We have seen that change recently where they can put some runs to really pressure teams.  that is important.
