Yikes. Mitchell Robinson is the only Knicks regular that shoots over 44% from the field.

Gibson, Randle, Ellington and Payton all shoot between 5-10% below career average, and DSJ is literally shooting 10%.

I guess there is a decent chance our extra defensive practice will pay-off tonight.

Knicks seem pretty fired up for this game, and you know they got a hit placed on KP. Looking forward to see how he responds. 

Can't take this game for granted after the way Knicks punked us last year on our home floor. Randle always has great games against us too. 

Mavs bench probably prevails though, should be a blowout.

MSG ‘noise’ accusations grow louder

When several readers claimed at the start of this season that MSG Network is adding canned audio excitement to Knicks home games, I ignored it as too low and desperate for even a content-managed Jim Dolan property.
But then reader Tom Barrett had me review Sunday’s Knicks home telecast, in which boos could be heard as the Knicks were clobbered by the Kings, yet included the suspiciously improbable sounds of a multitude in celebration of the Knicks.
The Knicks were being blown out when successful Knick field-goal shots and missed Sacramento free throws caused an eruption, the sound of a large dam break.

In one case this sound was accompanied by the wide view of hundreds of occupied seats showing no one clearly demonstrating anything beyond logically reserved non-responses from their illogically expensive reserved seats.
These sudden loud noises muffled the courtside words spoken by Mike Breen and Clyde Frazier. But neither was given to raise his voice to match or surpass such a crowd reaction.
And as reader Barrett noted, no such impaired sound of MSG courtside announcers are heard during road games in response to home teams’ successes. Those crowd sounds sound real.
However, MSG Network on Thursday flatly denied that its telecasts include any artificial audio additives.

This one might be a trap. For one they have Julius Randle who always seems to go off on us. And with Porzingis here I'm sure they circled this one. Fizdale is doing such a terrible job with this team though I still doubt they can pull off the upset.

I decided to be stupid, even though I have to wake up early tomorrow. Mavs are a happy drug this year. I'll watch.

The knicks have been a dumpster fire for so long it’s impressive. They haven’t been relevant for 20 years now, when they lost in the Finals back in the 1999 lockout season in which they only won 27 games. Since then, Jermey Lin has been the highlight of their franchise. Yikes.
