Seems like it would be hard without moving Brunson, both value-wise and with the resulting roster fit. Luka/MCollum/Brunson would be a dynamite rotation, offensively, but doesn't really jive with the new defensive identity so much (maybe I'm wrong about that).
Before yesterday I would have said it'd have cost at least KP to get McCollum. Blazers essentially gave up Powell for a 2nd rounder and salary. Now, I have to think the Blazers just want to reduce payroll as much as possible. I'd be trying to get Nurkic and Nance Jr. as well
A similar cost cutting deal could be McCollum+Nurkic+Nance Jr. for THJ+Maxi+Green+M.Brown
Blazers save nearly 19 mil. I'm sure we'd need to add a first as well though, since they might view McCollum as a better piece than Norman Powell.

There was a rumor he was looking for 14-15mil annually. Over 4 years that's about 61 mil. I'd pay that for DFS.
