Harris would be an ultimate "f*ck luxury tax" move, which is why I don' think Mavs would do it. I would prefer to keep Brunson. Starting lineup might suffer a bit defensively, but offensive improvement should be much bigger and we would have many options to keep good 2way lineups on all the time. Bring Dragic to replace THJ and we could have something.

I don't think Philly would have any interest in the proposed deal. I think they are looking for expiring money to get more flexibility in the summer, if they are moving from Harris. THJ and Powell is basically same money as Harris and neither contract is stellar, so I am not sure why they would give us the pick. Mavs are still getting the best player in this deal.

Tobias Harris would be the best player in this deal, but he's probably the most negative value contract in the deal too so that's why I proposed Philly adding a FRP.  

To me, this is somewhat akin to the Wizards breaking up the Westbrook contract for a few pieces from the Lakers. THJ and Powell are basically the same money as Harris but they expire sooner/decline in value and are more easily tradable.
