Harris for Hardaway looks interesting. Both in a shooting slump this season, but Harris is a true forward, while Hardaway is a SG/SF hybrid. Huge contract that should alone almost pay for the quality difference in defense (esp. since Timmy is on a declining salary).
But i'd not include Maxi,he's too valuable for the team imo. Bullock i would do, although this leaves a bit of a hole at SG again, Powell would work as well (maybe my favorite outgoing of the three).
Getting Tobias would either push DSF to the bench (might not be the best idea in his contract year if we want to keep him) or KP to center (old discussion). Starting Brunson/Luka/Tobias/Powell or Maxi/KP and closing the game with Brunson/Luka/DSF/Tobias/KP might be a way and could keep Brunson/DSF interested in resigning. Money would be even tighter in 22/23 offseason with over 5m added salary (Hardaway salary going down, Harris up), so while we could keep Brunson/DSF via bird rights, replacements would be hard to get if they leave in free agency. And a big tax bill would be incoming if you keep both.
