The issue to me is the KP/Sabonis fit. But, Kings gonna Kings, so you never know.
Bigger issue is the Mavs are going to Mavs.

Screams: Promised Dragic a trade or buyout and Gallinari´s value is slightly above zero from Toronto´s perspective. Atlanta gets off the Gallo money, because they need to pay some of their guys. If it goes through it´s the expected outcome of choosing Collins over Gallinari.
If the Mavs wanted Collins, they should have gone hard in the summer, threatening the Hawls with the max offer and find out if they were truly willing to match it. The (Hawks matching) loss would have been sending out Kleber for a pick, while ultimately replacing him with Markkanen. The incompetence of the old MBT is truly astonishing.
Would you rather have
serious shot at John Collins
fall back option Markkanen + a pick
THJ on 80M + Kleber

Gallo to TOR for what I assume is Dragic to the Mavs, then some players need to be shuffled around and really does complicate the whole ordeal.
TOR wanted Holmes so I can see them going for that.
Does TOR have interest in KP? If so then instead of him going to SAC we route him to TOR. I assume Gallo is apart of that trade as they are getting off of Dragic. Thats 52 mil in incoming salaries alone right there for TOR which puts them so far ahead of the Lux tax. Taking Dragic's deal out, leaves them about 34 mil over the tax, which means Siakam almost has to be outgoing for it to make any sense.
Now where would Siakam go in this? ATL? I can see them greatly interested in Siakam if they care about DFS/Barnes.
So where we're at so far is
ATL: Siakam
Mavs: Collins+Dragic
TOR: KP+Gallo.
Seems like TOR is really getting a short deal here. Further if Siakam could be had for just KP as a framework, why make this all complicated with ATL and just cut them out entirely? Mavs would need to shed another 3 mil for this supposed trade framework to go through.
Salaries really do get in the way here for everything to make sense. The best I could come up with is
ATL: Siakam
Mavs: Collins+Dragic+Holmes
Kings: Boucher
Raps: KP+Gallo+DFS+M.Brown
Perhaps add in Huerter and send him to SAC?
Overall it's too many players for it to be realistic.
But maybe there is some 3-team deal here between the Raps, Hawks, and Mavs where KP goes to TOR, Hawks get Siakam, and Mavs get Collins.

I agree with Iztok. Buying low on Harrell and Goran would be nice, low cost additions. Ideally I would want a 4, but those may be tougher to find for cheap. Harrell has his limitations but we are so limited when KP is out. If you catch him at the right time, Harrell can get you 25 with most of those at the rim.

Galo for Goran straight up is probaly salary dump for Atlanta. Goran will be waived. But I don't see why Toronto would do it.
If Toronto wants Holmes, Goran plus pick/s or Gary Trent Jr. will probably do it.
If Toronto is interested in KP, Goran and Gary Trent jr. does it.
I don't see why any team would make it too complicated.

Only complicated in my eyes because I can't see TOR wanting to move Trent Jr. for Holmes. I know the Mavs would also love Trent Jr. but not moving off of Siakam would put TOR heavily into the luxury tax (if we're still assuming this is a 3-teamer with ATL) with a KP deal, which is a primary factor that has to be considered. If it is just Trent Jr.+Dragic for KP then it works financially. I don't see TOR being too interested though.
Siakam has been rumored to be disgruntled for a while, so I wouldn't be surprised they'd want to move him.

Collins and Gallo (maybe a pick or two) for Siakam and Goran works straight up.

Of all the guys I wanted to improve the offense, the options are getting smaller and smaller. How about:
ATL in: Harris. Younger and adds defense next to Trae plus salary relief.
DAL in: Bogdanovic. Luka's buddy to provide more spark to the offense.
ORL in: Thimothy, Williams, assets (protected 1st or Johnson) from ATL (due to salary relief) and assets (2nds + Moses?) from DAL (due to slight upgrade).

That´s exactly the reason why you want off Porzingis/THJ off this team. It´s 50M in cap allocation that barely makes us any better. Now I´m in no way suggesting that this team is good enough to keep fighting for a title with Doncic/Brunson/Bullock/DFS as a core, but if you re-shuffle the deck correctly, you can get there so quickly.
Holmes + Bagley + Kings 2023 first round pick unprotected for Porzingis.
THJ + Kleber to the Celtics for Horford + Schroeder
Bamba + two 2nd round picks for the TPE
Doncic/Schroeder
Brunson/Green
Bullock/DFS
Bagley/Powell
Holmes/Bamba/Horford
That´s a situation where you can do virtually everything.
1.) Just keep the majority of the team together, because it is working
2.) package the big expiring Horford deal + your now available (additional) 1st round future picks + young talent (Bamba, Bagley, Green, the 2022 pick) for Lillard
3.) use the picks to create the necessary max capslot to outright sign or initiate a S&T process for Beal
We need to set ourselves up now. Porzingis/THJ are addition by subtraction, especially THJ who should be dealt at almost all costs.

Lot of hyperbole in this post. Not sure how THJ is addition by subtraction? He is not on the court and a good locker room guy. If Cuban is willing to pay the tax there is no reason to give up assets now to dump him.
The idea that KP is addition by subtraction is silly. He is a very good player that just can't stay on the court enough. And if he is such a negative, why is Sacto give up Holmes and an unprotected first?
This FO has made it pretty clear they have no interest in Schroder.
The fact that you have DFS coming off the bench and starting Bagley makes no sense. You are going to start Holmes and Bagley together?

Stange that they supposedly almost pulled the trigger on Levert.
How about KP + Green for Hayward + PJ?

Don't trade injury prone for injury prone.

Don’t trade Green who is finally showing he can be a rotation player.

Green hasn't even earned trade value yet.

Would be another "we had to do something" move. Would Ross even get into the rotation? He hasn´t been good in the last couple of seasons. Shooting percentages declined. Athleticism isn´t what it used to be.

Ross hasn’t been an asset since 2018. He doesn’t fit into the TPE, so we have to send matching salary between $7mm and $17mm. Hard to see unless THJ is involved.
If THJ is involved, then Orlando has to send more salary somewhere to generate enough outgoing. Harris does the trick, but then you either need a third team or Dallas has to send $6mm somewhere and trade design is again a challenge. Color me dubious.
