Thats certainly a name I've never heard of. 

But grabbing a high up Nike exec who undoubtedly has connections isn't a bad move. Hope he's good.

I didn't even notice it was for PBO not GM.... Which means either Finley stays on in his current role of vice president of basketball operations or is the new GM.
