My biggest concern with the idea of Cuban being the de facto GM...
We can hope he brings in someone with the help of Forde who ends up being really talented and knows what he's doing, so that we do well in the draft. Perhaps that guy turns out to be really astute in knowing what players we can get in trade and free agency... (note that all of this is "perhaps," because we aren't going to get a primo candidate under the circumstances - it's going to have to be a hopeful up-and-comer who wants a chance, in other words, a total crap shoot)
...but if Cuban ends up even more than with Donnie as being the lead negotiator in trades and free agency, we have no chance whatsoever of building a good team around Luka.
It's the one thing we know that he's pretty much terrible at.
