Bingo. Mavs stopped playing zone. Kawhi took advantage. Offense tanked in the Maxi/WCS minutes and the team never recovered. Also wonderered why Powell who easily was the best big in game 5 wasn´t getting any minutes. Why is WCS on the floor when he isn´t even used as a screener. I get that they want to create easier matchups for Luka but the spacing was terrible. Luka and DFS running pick and roll. WCS clogging the paint. Giving Kawhi the opportunity play free safety in the paint.
Perfect example for the WCS-Kawhi issue. Kawhi playing borderline illegal defense. Waiting for a potential Luka drive.
