I’m with you Clutch as far as how good he is. I’m still very concerned with him getting yet another major injury.
To me, it’s very possible we see him go down again in the playoffs because of him trying to do things his body isn’t ready to do. If that does happen, that to me is the nail in the coffin as to ever believing he’ll return anything of value and we just have to ride out this contract and hope it doesn’t happen again next year.
That is why I hope he does put up a huge showing in the playoffs enough to make most around here eat their words and want to keep him. That happens, I’ll still be pretty firmly in the trade him camp while his value is salvaged. That is also why I don’t believe Collins and Turner (or Brog and Turner or even Collins and Capela) is all that much to ask for him.
