Hey let´s look at it this way. Harden left the West and all the West got back was a Oladipo rental. LeVert and Allen stayed in the East.
Though the Rockets will temporarily feel good about themselves (wins wise this season), cause Oladipo will play hard for his new contract. They feel less good, when he leaves in the summer.
