Seems pretty clear that Carlisle stuck with the first, second and third teams as they had been defined in practice as much as possible for game 1.
I think I'll be surprised if he doesn't change a few things up for game two, especially given that they're facing the same opponent. Seems like a great opportunity to observe different combinations in a very similar situation.
