Really, none of the breaking the rules matters, just the fact it was reported. Typical logic now days.
tbh, no body is ever punished if he doesn't get caught.
This was more of crossing a line tbh even last years deals was reported after start of free agency, 2 minutes after it but at least they had the courtesy to do it that way.
