I think Sac would prefer to just go after Collins over Maxi anyway...so the whole deal is kinda bogus. I was just throwing it out there since it seems to help all teams and if there was a scenario where Sac and Utah couldnt figure things out and third team became involved and all parties agreed.
Im sure there are better deals to be had for all three Orgs though.
