Regardless of where the blame for any one, specific thing should rightfully fall, there is clearly a problem that starts at the top of this thing, imho.
I think Cuban could be in real trouble with the NBA if any of the sexual harrassment stuff was not handled perfectly. I think he is on double secret probation with Silver. Maybe that is why you offer a ridiculous 52 million to cover up something to keep from losing your team. idk
