Based on some conversations on this board I was under impression that teams can't sign 2-way players anymore. What did I missunderstood?

I see the confusion. Normally the deadline is Jan 15th for two-way contracts. This season is an exception due to COVID.
EDIT: So the Mavs have been quite lazy in filling their last 2 way spot. As we all suspected.
