Clippers can lock Mavs down. Sure we can beat them, but not in a 7 game series. I don´t care about 2-1 regular season score. It means nothing, especially that first 50 point win.
Just my opinion though, at least we agree about LAL and Utah.
1st game - worst Luka possible, no KP
2nd game - no KP
3rd game - KP on 0 legs
Wether they can beat them or not, they weren't 100 % healthy and in shape in any Suns game.

These 2 game series are pretty fun...they're like mini-playoff matchups. We get to see how the team responds after game 1. They've usually lost game 1 and then came out playing much better in game 2

I had the same thought last night, and I personally take it as a good sign.
Against both the Clippers and Portland, the young Mavs were defeated in the first matchup, then worked hard to implement adjustments from their excellent coaches for the 2nd matchup in which they succeeded decisively. Hard not to like that, imo.
