The first game in NBA history that 3 different players had a triple-double in the same game.

The Pacers have secured a bottom-three record. They'll have the best lottery odds to land the number 1 pick, and a top 4 pick

Their team will look totally different next season. And who's to say with all the shenanigans with the lottery, they'll get the top pick?

The Pacers will be good next year even if they lose the pick. Going to a multi-year record for lottery standings could help prevent what they did this season.

Lebron James reached the Finals from the weaker conference nine times more than any other player.

I am pretty sure if AD did not get injured the KP, Rishacher, first round pick would have been on the table.
With that being said, ATL has been playing well and Rishacher has been a fringe player. In the playoffs, Rischacher may be out of the main rotation. Not saying he is a bust but not ideal from a #1 pick in his second year.

May be just be temporary, as Kuminga is getting more minutes at his spot. They've been playing Kuminga and JJ together at times.

I take Kuminga over Risacher all day.

Magic would have been the 6th seed, if they had beaten the Celtics D-Team. Instead they are the 8th seed. Somebody is getting fired or traded after the season in Orlando. That´s inexcusable.

^^ That's exactly what I said. They played the starters, and Boston played the end of their bench. Mosley is probably gone unless they pull an upset in the playoffs. Something is amiss with them, inspite of the injuries they've had. One thing I've found out, Joe Mazzula is a hell of a coach.

What a strange year by Orlando. You got to wonder how they fix it. I wasn't impressed with that team at all when they played the Mavs. Franz was out, but he has played 34 and 60 games the last few years so injuries to him and others are definitely a thing. They even got a breakout year by Black this year and traded for Bane and look worse this year. I think counting on a guy to be a top 10 player in the league and him not being one is the biggest issue. Not saying he can't be that, but he wasn't this year. Is it too soon to write off Paolo and Franz playing with each other or do you want to give it another year and hope for health? I think center and shooting needs to be the big needs. Especially shooting. With Paolo, Franz, Suggs and Black on the floor, you really lack shooting. Maybe a true connector too. They should be a better team. Firing the coach will come soon, but they need to figure things out fast. |
