This one is perhaps the most surprising one of the day so far. There was apparently “in the teens” interest in him. And that’s all you got? Also doesn’t seem like a great fit in Portland. More like a desperate move for both sides

Big upgrade for Portland imo bc Norman Powell can really score and Rodney Hood hasn't done much this year. Portland does not have much defense but they have one of the best offenses in the league.

Per Zach Lowe, the bottomline for the Blazers is they weren't getting enough scoring out of RoCo and Derrick Jones Jr as starting forwards.
