RE: HOLY KRISTAPS: All Things Porzingis | Would you trade him? - vfromlmf - 12-26-2021 Another, arguably more respected all-in-one metric than LEBRON, EPM (Estimated Plus-Minus) has KP among the top 40 players averaging around 30 MPG. https://dunksandthrees.com/epm RE: HOLY KRISTAPS: All Things Porzingis | Would you trade him? - vfromlmf - 12-29-2021 Posted this in another thread but the latest advanced analytics have KP among the top-20 in EPM, top-10 in LEBRON, top-30 in BPM, and number 11 among starters in PER, while looking strong - and dominant at times - according to the eye test. And he's not even knocking down his threes yet. He's also on pace to play 60 games. Not great, but similar to what you'd expect from Anthony Davis. Can't wait to get Luka back to see if we continue to get this version of KP. RE: HOLY KRISTAPS: All Things Porzingis | Would you trade him? - Chicagojk - 01-01-2022 KP is out for tomorrow with a rest day. DFS got one recently. KP has been a warrior through this stretch. Not out, but doubtful. As it should be. It´s the Thunder, who also got a full strength win recently, which probably means back to tanking line-ups for a while now. These clowns could easily contend for the play-in, if Presti wasn´t so eager to stink it up again. RE: HOLY KRISTAPS: All Things Porzingis | Would you trade him? - ItsGoTime - 01-10-2022 (08-10-2021, 02:39 PM)ItsGoTime Wrote: SOMEONE SIGNATURE BET ME!OK, here's the deal, KP had such a slow start that he'll never recoup in time for me to win this bet. The 30 gp in 45 games (essentially) is also probably not going to be met (I don't know how many more games he's gonna be out at this point, I'm assuming it's more than 2, but if not, we're still in this!) due to him needing 4 more games played to hit 30. When we get to the 30 gp mark, we'll revisit this, he's not going to hit the stats mark I put out there, however, I'm very glad to see he has been improving those numbers as the season progresses! I'll proudly give my sig to Scott even if it is close (he gets 30 games played in 46-47 games or something like that), but if he gets injured within the 4 games back, I think I'll take my caveats to the bet and make it null and void. Another thing, I remember Dirkfan accepting the bet, but don't remember Scott answering if he's willing to allow Dirkfan and he to co-write my sig and don't remember DF answering my alternative KP bet with him. You guys let me know how it is and we'll figure it out! Mainly wanted to bump the original post to have a quicker access to it when 30 gp comes around and to refresh memories. He was the first one to agree and probably has a more creative idea. Not to mention that I am still hoping for a trade that would cancel the bet. If not, hopefully it is by the TDL and for a significant fitting piece to the puzzle! It starts at 11:09 and the video below should be keyed up at that time. They talk about KP's outburst during the game where he throws the ball and yells at the Mavs bench. Really interesting stuff, and go on to talk about the KP topics that we talk about here. https://youtu.be/Tjl4uadzdmA?t=669 RE: HOLY KRISTAPS: All Things Porzingis | Would you trade him? - Scott41theMavs - 01-18-2022 (01-18-2022, 04:12 PM)fifteenth Wrote: A combo of Locked on Mavs and Locked on Thunder talk about KP. I hadn't heard anywhere else that KP was unhappy with how he was being used in the Kidd offense, but if that's the case, he deserves a big time blanket party. https://tenor.com/view/fmj-fullmetaljacket-privatepyle-gomerpyle-getsocked-gif-8899812 Given how they have bent over backward to accommodate him, it would probably denote that he is the single worst prima donna in the entire NBA, which would mean it's not just the injuries and the size of the contract, but also that zero GMs with a brain would want to nuke their franchise by inserting him in their locker room. Ergo, single worst contract in the league, and we get to count the days until he expires and then immediately exits the league because he can't even get a vet min contract. Kidd claimed he didnt see it and didn't know. |
