My goodness....

Not surprising.  Still disappointing.

God keeps throwing us generational players, yet Mark's ego keeps destroying the chance for greatness.

It's like someone who gets 100 million dollars and then uses it all on bubblegum.

GM Finley
Coach Mosley

If this happens we can count down the remaining games with Luka in a Mavs-jersey. You won’t win with that little experience at two positions of magnitude.

This reeks of nepotism and Cuban securing his fantasy GM position.

Brutal news. Zero optimism left on my behalf now. This is absurd.

Don't worry, Luka will not stick around and his greatness will shine through for another team.  We'll finally understand the pain that teams like Orlando and New Orleans experience.

I hate to say it, but this train wreck gets worse daily. I would say there's a very low chance Luka is here after his extension. It's so disappointing. Cuban is like Jerry.

Cowboys-lite, cause Jerry got 3 Superbowls, Mark only got 1 Championship.

"Nowitzki's favorite former teammate"

Reads like Im being manipulated into liking the hire because its Dirk's favorite former teammate.

Geez, I’m online for 72 straight hours and nothing. I get in my car for an hour to drive to an appointment and more news drops.

Second news comfirmation of the day. The takeaway is that it's all true. Cuban is the GM. He's not going to bring us a real GM.

Any winning will have to be done by overcoming the lack of a real GM. Maybe Finley and Mosely have the skill to succeed where Donnie and Rick could not.

I need Finley to practice saying, "Mark, pitching free agents with cartoons isn't a great idea".

Luka will walk all over Mosely. I'm calling that now. That is not a good situation.

Well thank god we hired that search firm.  Money well spent.

I do think Finley is probably one of Dirk's top 50 favorite teammates.  He seemed to really like Brian Cardinal, maybe we should get him to coach.

I prefer, "Mark, with all do respect, we have work to do. Can I call you later? I'll keep you appraised of our decisions."

Biggest attempt at looking like you tried but really didn't EVER.

This probably won't be popular, but I don't know why a legitimate coach would want to come here if Luka is going to be allowed to scream at him, curse at him, show him up, undermine him, and humiliate him on TV any time he wants. Maybe Mosley will be willing to accept an excuse that Luka is passionate and boys will be boys, but it's hardly an attractive feature of the job. It's gone beyond what is normal.

This is just a mirror of the dysfunction that exists at the management levels. All of this reeks of an organization run amok. Sad.

Is Luka that bad or are we overblowing a few incidents?  Honest question.
