Might be time to look at Barea starting the 4th quarters.
Yeah you’ll take a hit on defense (not sure how big of a hit it is) but JJ can run an offense instead of whatever the last 5 minutes have been.

The Mavericks plays bad in the 4th. The difference is they win against average or bad teams but they lose against good one.
Heck they even lose to bad teams if they can find a hot shooter down the strecth. One of those 3 back to back threes of Portland had fallen in, we would have been in a big trouble again.
